At Acotis Diamonds, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely and as quickly as possible. Please find full details of our shipping process below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. For items sourced directly from our suppliers, dispatch times may vary and can take longer depending on availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.
- Standard Delivery (UK): Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Express Delivery (UK): Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
- International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on destination
Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Supplier Dispatch Items
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. These items may have longer dispatch times, typically between 7–14 working days.
Where applicable, this information will be provided at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email (where available). This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Acotis Diamonds cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply to resend the item.
Safe Place & Royal Mail Deliveries
If you request Royal Mail (or any courier) to leave your parcel in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk.
Once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier in accordance with your instructions, Acotis Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery option where the parcel can be received in person.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Acotis Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, customs processing or high demand periods).
We appreciate your patience in such situations and will always do our best to assist.
