All items are sent 2nd class by Royal Mail. Deliveries through this channel typically take 1-5 working days to arrive, items not in stock will take a little longer and you will be notified by email. Delivery is completely FREE to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales for orders over £100”

At present there is no free postage for International deliveries therefore in this case there is a minimum charge of GBP £8.99

As service is a priority to Acotis we will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it was placed, subject to your item(s) being in stock and that your order was placed in our system before 3pm (Monday - Friday). Items ordered on a Saturday must be placed in our system by 12 noon for them to be dispatched the same day.

Acotis cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for the performance of our couriers - we use Royal Mail and DHL where problems are rare.

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

We do deliver to the Northern Ireland / the Scottish Islands / the Isle of Man / the Isles of Scilly, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.

We do deliver to the Channel Islands, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.

LOST IN TRANSIT

We are confident that your order will be delivered when we say it will. On the very rare occasion that something goes wrong, and you wish to make a claim please notigy us in writing to the email address below.

Please note that we will not process a claim for lost in transit until 21 days after the goods were despatched to you. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the despatch
