As service is a priority to Acotis we will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it was placed, subject to your item(s) being in stock and that your order was placed in our system before 3pm (Monday - Friday). Items ordered on a Saturday must be placed in our system by 12 noon for them to be dispatched the same day.Acotis cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for the performance of our couriers - we use Royal Mail and DHL where problems are rare.

We do deliver to the Northern Ireland / the Scottish Islands / the Isle of Man / the Isles of Scilly, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.

LOST IN TRANSIT

We are confident that your order will be delivered when we say it will. On the very rare occasion that something goes wrong, and you wish to make a claim please notigy us in writing to the email address below.

Please note that we will not process a claim for lost in transit until 21 days after the goods were despatched to you. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the despatch

RETURNS POLICY

No refund of postage will be given if this service is not used. Sale items & Overseas orders are excluded from our Free Returns Service and will need to be returned at the cost of the purchaser.
